Be The First To Taste The New Lazy Magnolia Gulf Porter
Come out to the Keg & Barrel in Hattiesburg, MS this Thursday evening (November 5, 2009) for the Raise Your Pints Cask Ale Tasting. Lazy Magnolia will be featuring two unique casks of their beer. One will be a cask of the brand new Gulf Porter, the other is a secret one-time recipe based on a dry-hopped, double-fermented Reb Ale. The fun starts at 7:00 PM. All proceeds from sales of cask pints go to support Raise Your Pints.

Picked up a couple of growlers at Rouse's in Gulfport. Nice, smooth, nice nutty background, decent lacing on the glass. Not as dark or as heavy as Guinness or other porters. Not bad at all.
