Want to help change Mississippi's antiquated beer laws?
Ready for a Rochefort? Got your sights set on a St. Bernardus Tripel? Right now in Mississippi these delicious brews are illegal, but you can help change that. There is a grassroots organization of thirsty Mississippians working to change the restrictive beer laws in the Magnolia State, and they need your help. This group is just forming. The very first meeting will be at Hal and Mal’s on Wednesday, May 16th at 6pm. All are welcome to attend. No financial or time commitment required for this project- just the desire to bring better beer into Mississippi. If you can’t make the meeting, please feel free to email ideas, helpful contacts, suggestions or questions to twparkman@gmail.com.
