Rainbow Grocery has received a new beer from Austrailia - Cooper's Brewery Premium Lager...
One of the interesting features of Cooper's Beer is that they put some yeast into the bottle so that further fermenting occurs after the bottling process. The creates sediment in the bottom of the bottle which is nutritious and often sought after by home brewers.
